V house is a response to the functional needs of the users, the urban regulations and the topographic characteristics of the site. The building plays with the slope, keeping the existing topography, minimizing this way earthworks and organizing functionally the outdoor spaces with its implantation.
The functional programme is divided in two floors, at the upper one, which can function as a complete dwelling with access from the street level, are intended to be a living room with kitchen, a terrace, one room, garage, and services. This floor becomes elevated regarding the ground as it descends, so the common areas of the building get privileged views and sunlight.
Three bedrooms, a terrace, a bathroom and services are located at the low level. The bedrooms and terrace, with direct access to the ground, face South orientation seeking sunlight, views and privacy.
